Elisabetta Dami

Born in Milan in 1958, she has been in the publishing world for over 40 years.

Writer of children's books, she is also the creator of the character Geronimo Stilton, the journalist mouse protagonist of many adventurous, humorous and values-based stories, loved by children all over the world.

Her books, translated into 52 languages, are published by Edizioni Piemme in Italy.

Geronimo's stories were born in a pediatric hospital to give a smile to sick children and, even today, Elisabetta actively engages in volunteering. She created the Geronimo Stilton Foundation to support health and education projects for boys and girls around the world.

Iginio Straffi

Iginio Straffi began his artistic career at an early age, first collaborating as a comics author for important publishing houses, including Sergio Bonelli, then working on animation projects for international studios in France and Luxembourg.

Returning to Italy in 1995, Straffi founded Rainbow in Loreto, Marche region, of which he is president and CEO, and leads his small animation studio in constant growth - which from year to year, leads Rainbow to become a structured and recognized group worldwide. Today, the group includes Rainbow Studios, Rainbow CGI, Colorado Film, Moviement Talent Agency, Bardel Entertainment and Tridimensional.

Managing the Group, Iginio Straffi deals with animated and live action productions for TV, cinema, and streaming platforms, as well as licensing and production of merchandising and editorial and multimedia products linked to Rainbow properties and under license.

Straffi is the mind behind successes such as the Winx Club, one of the most well-known lifestyle and brand phenomenon in the entertainment industry.

Awarded with numerous national and international recognitions for the many contents created, and an honorary degree in Economics and Management awarded by the Polytechnic University of Ancona, Straffi is constantly looking for new creative challenges. Over the years he led the expansion of Rainbow at 360° with notable results, entering the list of the 500 most influential media industry managers in the world drawn up by Variety Magazine in 2018.

Since 2022, he is also President of Colorado Film.
