Visiting an educational farm is a very educational experience. At Lori's Farm, our children had fun picking olives, cleaning them and turning them into delicious ascolana olives ; afterwards, together with Lori we went to meet the farm animals and fed them. In the afternoon we dedicated ourselves to manual activities, discovering how soap is made and making our own soap bars. Through direct contact with the land and the agrarian landscape, a strong bond is established with the soil made of concreteness, awareness and healthy harmony.
